This apartment complex was completed August, 2013 and residents began moving in 8/7/13. It is owned/affiliated by the Echelon Property Group, which owns 24 properties in the Metro Denver area alone, and more in northern and southern Colorado. The place is super modern, classy but fairly priced as well. Evans Station Lofts is also income based housing. Basically that means that the application process is lengthy and tedious, but the payoff is cheaper rent!
